Key Responsibilities:
CAT Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage different CAT teams, ensuring effective deployment and response during hail events.
- Drive new assignments by acquiring customers and expanding business opportunities.
- Set the right employees and vendors in place while coordinating the entire hail damage repair process.
- Continuously refine and enhance hail management processes for better service delivery and efficiency.
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and a professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing operations.
- Background in the automotive industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly comprehend and adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to travel extensively during hail season.
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year
- Health Insurance Contribution: $5,000 – $7,000 per year (partially employer-covered)
- 401(k) Retirement Match: Up to 3% of salary ($2,000 – $3,000 per year)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10–15 days per year
- Profit-Based Bonus: Up to $5,000 – $15,000 per year
