Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance their experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and potential markets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on territory management and inside sales efforts.
- Utilize software tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities that may impact client services.
- Provide training and support for clients on software products or services offered by the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services, business development, or a related field, preferably within a B2B context.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and territory management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
