As a Strategic Client and Sales Services Coordinator at PDS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology-related fulfillment processes while delivering exceptional customer care. You will leverage your independent judgment and action to perform a diverse range of administrative tasks, managing customer orders, accounts, and agreements in various online management systems, and providing essential support to the sales, technical and management teams.
Position Responsibilities
Salary dependent on individual qualifications. This position is a non-except hourly or exempt salary position based on experience. Current federal law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. Only US citizens authorized to work in the United States may be employed. This Morristown, TN based position is not a remote work position and requires residing within thirty-five (35) miles from our office.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Execute diversified administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Manage customer orders, accounts, and agreements in online management systems.
- Assist with technology-related fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Conduct analytical analysis as required to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Deliver excellent customer care by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to the management team as needed to drive organizational success.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
