Under the supervision of the Sr. Mgr, People Relations Operations, the Coordinator, People Relations is responsible for supporting the team with efficiently facilitating administrative human resources activities, to provide excellent support to the field and management.

Under the supervision of the Sr. Mgr, People Relations Operations, the Coordinator, People Relations is responsible for supporting the team with efficiently facilitating administrative human resources activities, to provide excellent support to the field and management.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior employee support by responding to employment related inquiries, coordinating with related departments, other HR teams and client groups as required, ensuring that all inquiries are quickly addressed and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, examine, and maintain employee files. Answer inquiries and fulfill requests for employee files.
- Facilitate the collection of intake documents from contingent workers, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and on time by coordinating with employment agencies, contingent workers,and management as necessary.
- Write employment verification letters for team members and clinicians as requested, partnering with other departments as needed (Payroll, Benefits, Legal, etc.).
- Respond to unemployment claims, in partnership with a third-party administrator, ensuring all relevant information is collected and provided by state-determined deadlines.
- Send online exit surveys to departing team members, read daily, and communicate any employee relations or compliance concerns to appropriate parties.
- Assist with the collection of new hire documents, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and on time by following up with team members and management as necessary.
- Support field team members and management with Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance via report management for outstanding Form I-9 verifications. Contact new team members prior to start date to offer assistance, and follow up during the first three days of employment to ensure timely completion in compliance with Federal law.
- Regularly monitor reporting Form I-9 reverification reporting, making certain all team member work authorizations are up-to-date.
- Maintain the People Services intranet page to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Support the People Services team asneeded.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of Human Resources or related work experience.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, software applications, and use of standard office equipment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, Human Resources Certificate, and/or equivalent combination of educationand experience.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) systems and software; preferably Workday.
- Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.
- Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, customer service focused.
- Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, staff, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other members of the businesscommunity.
- Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional behavior under stress of high stake assignments.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies.
