About the Role :
PDS is seeking a Maintenance Planning Specialist to support Kuiper / Vulcan operations at Cape Canaveral. This role is critical in maintenance planning, work order management, and contractor coordination for ground support equipment and facilities. You'll work closely with engineers and external contractors to ensure maintenance records are accurate, facility projects are tracked, and key communications are managed effectively .
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update maintenance work orders and records in Infor EAM (50%)
Coordinate and track Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Statements (TSs), and Facility Change Requests (FCRs) (20%)
Facilitate communications between PDS and external contractors , ensuring proper routing and electronic documentation of project-related communications (30%)
Required Qualifications :
5-9 years of experience in maintenance planning, work order management, or related fields
Infor EAM experience (mandatory)
SAP experience
Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, communication, writing, and presentation
Security & Compliance :
This role requires U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) in accordance with ITAR regulations .
