This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $50.95 per hour

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and manage modification design data packages, ensuring all drawings and specifications are tailored for certification and retrofit purposes.
- Produce Modification Proposal Technical Repercussion Sheets (MP/TRS) with pre and post-modification sketching to support modifications.
- Retrieve, create, update, and check aircraft drawings in engineering toolsets, managing subcontractors as necessary.
- Build and maintain the Certification Dossier for Modification Approval Sheets (MAS) to ensure compliance with certification standards.
- Prepare all elements required for the Service Bulletin phase, including the list of components and ensuring the accuracy of provided data.
- Provide specific design solutions to meet the technical requirements of modifications.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of drafted Service Bulletins, conducting cross-checks of concurrent requirements.
- Offer remote or on-site support during working parties and assist with any Service Bulletin customer queries.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and Service Bulletin authors to ensure clear communication and adherence to technical discussions.
- Education: B.S. degree in engineering or related field (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an engineering role with a focus on aircraft modifications and system integrations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of aircraft cabin and avionics systems modifications.
- Proven ability to interpret and create technical documents like drawings, specifications, and certification dossiers.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Skills:
- Solid experience with engineering toolsets for managing and updating aircraft drawings.
- Ability to provide detailed design solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including systems engineers and production managers.
