Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and oversee the COGS and inventory accounting processes.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory records and cost allocations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on COGS and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
