Role Overview : As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will take on the critical responsibility of conducting standard testing processes on a variety of equipment. Key Responsibilities : Testing & Analysis : Perform standard testing processes on mechanical and electrical equipment to verify performance. Record and analyze test results to identify any discrepancies or issues. Assembly Support : Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring that components are correctly assembled and meet specified standards. Documentation & Reporting : Accurately record all test results, observations, and any required changes or improvements. Document and report findings to supervisors to ensure timely decision-making. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Safety & Compliance : Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards, using appropriate protective equipment and following safe working procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Required Qualifications : Education : Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. Experience : 0-2 years of hands-on experience in testing, assembly, or a related field. Knowledge : Familiarity with industry-specific tests, testing equipment, and basic assembly techniques. Skills : Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with electronic or mechanical equipment in an assembly or testing capacity. Knowledge of troubleshooting methods for common testing equipment.
