As a Call Center Specialist at PDS Tech, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that suppliers complete critical annual certifications and surveys on time, contributing to commitment to excellence.
About the Role : As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to supplier representatives, ensuring they understand the importance of completing the required certifications and surveys by set deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and grow within the organization, handling complex supplier queries and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make telephone inquiries and send follow-up emails to suppliers, ensuring that they complete annual Certifications & Representation surveys.
- Log all actions and supplier responses accurately according to supervisors' instructions.
- Proactively resolve supplier issues with supervisor approval as you gain knowledge of the process.
- Capture any supplier-related concerns during calls or emails and escalate them to supervisors for guidance and resolution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all supplier interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and provide excellent customer service to suppliers.

Pay Details : 25.00 to 35.00 per hour
