We’re looking for a Commercial Facilities Maintenance Field Technician who’s ready to roll—literally! With a company vehicle and gas card in hand, you’ll be the hero keeping multiple buildings running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Why You’ll Love This Job)

• Fix, maintain, and troubleshoot anything and everything. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural repairs—you name it, you’ll handle it.

• Hit the road. This isn’t a desk job! You’ll travel between multiple sites, making sure every facility stays in top shape.

• Stay ahead of the game. Preventative maintenance is your best friend. You’ll catch problems before they become disasters.

• Keep buildings running efficiently. Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to keep HVAC and mechanical systems humming.

• Be the safety champion. Spot hazards, propose fixes, and ensure everyone follows safety protocols.

• Work with vendors. Oversee outside contractors to make sure jobs are done right and at the best price.

• Use your brain AND your hands. Diagnose, repair, and document maintenance activities using the latest technology.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years of commercial building maintenance experience.

• Expertise in at least one major trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, central plant operations) and strong skills in others.

• A problem-solver who doesn’t wait for things to break before fixing them.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred).

• A clean driving record and valid license (because, you know, we’re giving you a company vehicle).

• Familiarity with Word and Excel (you don’t have to love spreadsheets, just know how to use them).

• A high school diploma or equivalent (trade school a big plus).

• The ability to talk shop with other tradespeople while actually knowing what you're doing.

Pay Details: 44.58 per hour
