Pay Rate : 43.32 / hr
Schedule : Monday – Friday, First Shift

What You’ll Be Doing
Keep facilities running smoothly —repair, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Be the go-to expert for preventative maintenance, inspections, and system calibrations.
Optimize HVAC performance by fine-tuning systems and keeping everything at peak efficiency.
Stay ahead of the game by monitoring and adjusting control systems, ensuring safety and compliance.
Keep an eye on the details —track maintenance work, manage inventory, and verify contractor performance.
Stay on the move —travel between multiple facilities while keeping operations seamless.
What You Need to Bring
5-7 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
Strong expertise in commercial building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred).
The skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix issues on the spot.
A valid driver’s license (company vehicle and gas card provided).
Basic computer skills—Word, Excel, and record-keeping.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Extra Points For :
EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Trade school training in HVAC, electrical systems, or refrigeration.

Pay Details : 43.32 per hour
