Join Our Aerospace Team as a Logistics Technician!
Location : Phoenix, AZ | Job Type : Full-Time, 6-Month Contract | Pay Rate : 21.85 / hour
Summary of the Role :
Ready to play a pivotal role in the aerospace industry? As a Logistics Technician at PDS Tech Commercial, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of critical materials, parts, and equipment. You’ll manage high-value assets with precision, supporting our teams to maintain excellence in aerospace production and delivery.
What You’ll Do :
- Coordinate and Expedite Materials : Handle the receipt, transfer, and inventory of materials, parts, and tools, ensuring assets are properly tracked and accounted for.
- Track Inventory and Assets : Maintain records related to stock levels, cost, and materials, and investigate any discrepancies in stock counts.
- Handle Shipments : Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure Compliance : Apply asset management policies and ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1, especially when conducting government property inventories.
- Operate Equipment : Safely move and handle heavy items (up to 35 lbs), while obtaining forklift certification for material movement when necessary.

Pay Details : 21.85 per hour
