About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support facility operations at our Filer, Idaho location. This role plays a key part in maintaining our buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure smooth production and field operations. You’ll work independently, prioritize safety, and contribute to a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
Perform minor repairs on buildings and equipment (plumbing, lighting, greenhouse systems, etc.)
Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks on schedule
Maintain company vehicles, complete inspections, and coordinate service needs
Handle general groundskeeping (mowing, edging, weed control)
Pick up and deliver supplies and parts as needed
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and loading/unloading shipments
Use and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Complete work orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of maintenance experience (agricultural or manufacturing setting preferred)
Valid, unrestricted driver's license (driving required for this role)
Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
Ability to handle physical demands—lifting 20–50 lbs regularly, team lifts for heavier loads
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Comfort operating farm equipment like tractors and planters is a bonus

Pay Details: 25.00 to 26.00 per hour
