PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Temecula, California! Key Responsibilities:- Travel between multiple sites (up to 50 miles) to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various facility systems.
- Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with safety procedures.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience with commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Trade schooling in electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration.
