Payroll Specialist - REMOTE

Pay : 26.34 to 38.27 per hour
Job Description :
PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage the company’s payroll. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. A payroll specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency and is good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
Responsibilities :
- Perform daily / weekly payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Maintain Payroll records accurately
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
- Process manual checks, relocations, stock options and other ancillary payroll items
- Research and email appropriate audience of file issues
- Complete verifications of employment
- Vouchering of payments to vendors
- Data entry for payroll related employee changes

Pay Details : 26.34 to 38.27 per hour
