Schedule : 1st shift, 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate : 55.79 / hr .
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Lead Time Scheduling (LTS) within our SAP environment. In this pivotal role, you will optimize supply chain performance and enhance operational efficiency through strategic planning and scheduling. If you have expertise in SAP, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Materials Management, Capacity Planning, and Change Management, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do :
As the SAP Project Manager for Lead Time Scheduling (LTS) Implementation, you will :
Lead the End-to-End Implementation of LTS : Oversee the entire lifecycle of LTS implementation within SAP, ensuring smooth integration across relevant business functions.
Manage BOM and Routing Expertise : Develop, maintain, and optimize Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Routings, ensuring production schedules are aligned with accurate and efficient planning strategies.
Materials Management : Streamline material flow to ensure availability, minimize downtime, and align with production schedules.
Optimize Capacity Planning : Analyze and optimize capacity planning to meet production goals while minimizing bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
Drive Change Management Initiatives : Facilitate the adoption of LTS across departments, including developing training and communication plans.
Project Management : Lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and track deliverables, ensuring successful LTS project execution.
Set Timelines and Milestones : Establish and maintain detailed project timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production goals.
Continuous Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements within scheduling and planning processes.
Data Analysis : Utilize data insights to forecast requirements, identify bottlenecks, and develop proactive solutions.
Foster Collaboration : Serve as the primary liaison between Materials, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure alignment and success in LTS implementation.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in Materials Management, BOMs, Routings, and Capacity Planning.
Strong knowledge of project management processes, including change management strategies.
Proven track record of implementing complex SAP solutions and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing supply chain and production processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends, forecast requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
Preferred Qualifications :
SAP APO / Kinaxis Planning experience is a plus.
Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Pay Details : 55.79 per hour
