Job Type : Full-Time, Consultant (12 months)
Pay Rate : 26.24 – 32.92 per hour

Your Impact
As an Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in building, inspecting, and modifying cutting-edge electronic systems. Your work will directly support experimental and pre-production aerospace innovations, ensuring precision and reliability in every component.
What You'll Do
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
Assemble and modify electronic devices, including radar synchronizers and computer components.
Route and connect wires, cables, and harnesses with precision.
Operate specialized equipment for microelectronic circuit fabrication.
Identify and select electrical components by color code, labels, and schematics.
Conduct quality checks and perform rework when necessary.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine assembly processes.
Maintain clean and organized equipment to ensure optimal performance.
What You Bring
Required Skills :
Excellent eye-hand coordination for intricate assembly work.
Proficiency in chip resistor soldering and wire stripping / tinning.
Experience with fine-pitch component soldering and microscope-assisted work.
Ability to solder 10 mil silver / gold ribbon with minimal rework.
Familiarity with mechanical integration, bonding, and hardware torqueing.
Competence in reading technical drawings, BOMs, and using measuring tools.
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Basic computer skills (Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Skills : J-STD Certification.
Current or past SSBI clearance (a plus).

Pay Details : 26.24 to 32.92 per hour
