The Details
Shifts Available : 1st shift
Pay : 33-35 / hr (currently working 50 hours / week)
Duration : 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Your Role as a Welding Pro
As a Shipyard Welder , your mastery of Welding will take center stage as you perform precision welding on massive maritime vessels. Previous shipyard / welding experience is a plus as all candidates will need to successfully complete required welding tests to meet our stringent quality standards.
Get ready to :
Craft Perfection : Weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions with precision.
Be the Problem-Solver : Set up and operate tools and equipment while troubleshooting issues.
Make the Blueprint Reality : Read and execute from blueprints and 3D schematics to assemble and align parts.
Ensure Quality : Inspect and measure workpieces to maintain top-notch standards.
Collaborate for Excellence : Work hand-in-hand with a dedicated team of experts.
What We’re Looking For
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
2 years of welding experience preferred
Prior shipyard experience is a big plus.
Skills :
Mastery of blueprints and schematics.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in tight spaces.
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Pay Details : 33.00 to 35.00 per hour
