About the Role
As a Senior NOC Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our Tier 2 CAS Operations team, ensuring uninterrupted service for mission-critical networks and systems. From managing high-availability IP networks to resolving complex technical issues, you’ll directly impact the reliability of aerospace operations worldwide.
Shift: Swing Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST).
Schedule: 24/7/365 operations, including some weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
Be the First Line of Defense: Monitor network management systems and respond swiftly to maintain seamless operations.
Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, collaborating with telecom providers and senior team members.
Master the Network: Train across three specialized NOC areas—Transport, DataLink, and Applications—becoming an expert in diverse systems:
Transport: Oversee critical network components, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
DataLink: Manage ground stations, radios, and systems enabling air-to-ground communication.
Applications: Ensure uninterrupted flow of millions of messages through central channels.
Document Success: Maintain accurate incident records in management tools, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
Innovate and Optimize: Analyze performance, propose solutions, and enhance processes to drive operational excellence.
What You’ll BringRequired QualificationsAssociate’s degree or 2 years of post-high school training with 1–2 years of relevant experience, OR high school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
Network Certification.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and computer hardware/software integration.
Experience troubleshooting Cisco devices and working with HSRP/BGP routing protocols.
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM concepts and best practices.
CCNA Certification (or equivalent).
Proficiency with tools like Remedy, Netcool, ServiceNow, and Office 365.
Exceptional multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Pay Details: 34.00 per hour
