We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a busy airport hotel. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the nightly audit processes and reports
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage phone systems and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed -Help prepare grab n' go breakfast items for departing guests -Prepare third-party taxes report
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
