Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise from various Peabody locations to perform heavy maintenance on shovels and draglines.
- Collaborate with the planned outages team to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with the safety team to ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and controlled manner.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience working on large rope shovels and draglines, with a strong understanding of equipment repair and maintenance principles. A proven track record of promoting a safe work culture and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours per shift
