What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Support Associate position at Peabody Properties, Inc.?
The Software Support Associate provides a high level of customer service to team members with technology related issues for applications related to OneSite product centers, which includes both the corporate office as well as multiple locations for the organization.
This position will focus on controlling access for the OneSite product centers as well as developing an expertise and knowledge in the various product centers currently used by the organization to help train and correct issues related to the software. Strong computer and technology skills are key element of this position.
Functions of the Position:
- Become knowledgeable with company-specific property management and accounting business procedures and needs; continually look for ways to leverage Real Page/OneSite capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation, and process improvement. Maintain knowledge and expertise as products evolve over time.
- Provide, Update and Remove access for all Peabody Properties Employees (Users) in Unified Platform, Easy LMS, Vendor Credentialing, etc. for access to OneSite Products.
- Provide troubleshooting and setup of Real Page/OneSite programs related to onsite property operations and accounting
- Participate in testing efforts related to new functionality, new module, and upgrades to existing modules.
- Coach new and existing employees on workflows/procedures related to Real Page/OneSite property management software systems via in person, telephone, online webinar sessions and/or with some travel to locations outside of corporate office.
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Business/Accounting or minimum of two (2) years working experience in Property Management, preferably affordable housing.
- Strong Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), technology skills as well as the ability to mentor and teach core support and training to staff in the field.
- Experience with using Real Page OneSite Products desired.
