What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Part Time) position at Peabody Retirement Community?
Peabody Retirement Community is seeking a Receptionist to work every other weekend and holiday!
The Receptionist is responsible for representing the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones, and directing calls. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing clerical support to staff as needed
- Managing resident fund account
Requirements:
- Basic typing skills and computer knowledge: familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and creative software
- Prior experience using Point Click Care preferred
- Prior Business Office Assistant experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
