Job Purpose :
Assist in a variety of duties including, but not limited to, greeting visitors, answering phones, processing daily blend sheets, daily activity reports, daily flush-outs, weekly FCPA reports, maintains logs for incoming and outgoing tankers, and drum and tank activity transactions. May Work at the Scale House weighting trucks.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, answer phones, issue visitor passes.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- General daily office duties.
- Process daily blend sheets, daily activity reports, daily flush-outs, weekly FCPA reports.
- Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing tankers, drum, and tank activity transactions.
- Collaborate with office staff when needed.
- Weigh trucks at the scale house.
- Meet all “Good Manufacturing Practices” per Quality Control guidelines.
- Practice safety requirements established by OSHA guidelines and PRCP.
- Conform to requirements of PRCP food safety programs.
- Be available to work extended shifts and days.
- These duties and responsibilities are not limited to other additional duties assigned by your supervisor.
