We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our landscapes while supervising groundskeeping activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Manage lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilization, and pest control to promote healthy growth.
- Oversee tree/shrub care operations, including pruning, planting, and health assessments.

- Lead a team of groundskeeping staff, providing training and guidance on best practices in landscape maintenance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping, with a focus on supervisory roles preferred.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Valid driver's license required for transportation between job sites.
