As a per diem primary care Physician MD / DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant youll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and join a team of 20 primary care physicians and clinicians. When it comes to caring for families, PeaceHealth has a long history of providing family medicine to thousands of our neighbors and friends. The ideal Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant candidates must have five years of Family Medicine practice experience. New graduate Physicians MD / DO welcome to apply.
Highlights about the practice :
- Schedule : Variable, Flexible
- Clinic Hours : Mon - Fri 7 : 30 - 8 : 00pm; Sat 9 : 00 - 5 : 00pm; Sun 1 : 00 - 5 : 00pm
- 40 primary care clinicians to collaborate with, 1 : 1 Medical Assistant, seeing up to 20 patients per day, and using EPIC EMR
- X-Ray, Lab, and Pharmacist onsite
- On-site : Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic, Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomist, Behavioral Health, In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
