Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Job Description
Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.
Practice Highlights
- Designated clinic space in a brand-new multi-specialty clinic
- Clinic hours will be Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Walk-in and online scheduled appointments
- 20-25 patients per day; no patient panel
- Access to resources including Imaging and Lab
- Epic EHR
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team

- Guaranteed first-year income: $129,658.73 (based on 1.0 FTE)
