POSITION TITLE: Marketing Coordinator ABOUT | Based in Nashville, TN, Peachtree Entertainment is a prominent national concert promoter focused on the development and execution of large-scale touring projects, rodeo concepts, and outdoor festivals. With artists and properties such as Alan Jackson, Rock the Country, Gavin Adcock, Rock the South, Bulls, Bands, and Barrels, and many more, Peachtree stands poised to maintain its significant impact on the landscape of country music at a national level. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree with 3 years of experience in a comparable work-related field. Strong knowledge of computer software applications word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, QuickBooks. Verbal skills to convey complex information and procedures in a clear, professional manner. Strong writing skills to prepare reports, instructions and informational material used in the conduct of the Organization's business. Advanced accounting skills to perform basic functions for accounting and payroll. Reading skills to comprehend complex materials and the ability to interpret and communicate their meaning. Ability to multi-task, prioritizing among competing tasks, and to use critical thinking skills. Exhibit a high level of professionalism and ethics working amicably with others. Must meet the Company's employment and physical standards. REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing COMPENSATION: Full-time / Salaried LOCATION : Nashville, TN | Hybrid | Remote RESPONSIBILITIES: 30% Social Media Management Plan, create, and publish content to Peachtree Entertainment's (and sub-brands) social media platforms. This includes Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. Review all social media content, including the captions, posts, and graphics to ensure it is error-free and aligned with brand guidelines. Grow event awareness, site traffic, and social following through an in-depth understanding of each event and creative content. Maintain a strategic content calendar that outlines key moments in event lifecycles for amplification 25% Email / SMS Database Management Plan, create, and publish marketing emails and SMS messages to the Peachtree Entertainment database. Review all content including the graphics and messaging to ensure it is error-free and aligned with brand guidelines. Maintain a strategic email/SMS calendar that outlines key moments in the event lifecycles for amplification. Customer data collection 25% Administrative Duties Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners Process incoming advertising invoices Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials) 20% Venue / Artist Marketing Coordination Ensure the on-time delivery of show assets and information to marketing teams. Attends all meetings as required by Management. Maintains the office décor, neatness and cleanliness. Establishes and maintains sound business and financial procedures in accordance with Federal and State laws, and internal company policies. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The work area is well lighted, ventilated and heated. Occasionally work outdoors where there is a potential to be exposed to various weather conditions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is mostly sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, stooping and carrying of light items may be required. Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds without assistance.
