Job Summary:
Peachtree Capital Group is looking for enthusiastic Finance Call Center Representatives to be the frontline communicators in our team. In this role, you will connect businesses with brokers, leveraging your excellent communication skills to foster relationships and facilitate financial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business partners in the finance sector.
- Clearly communicate Peachtree Capital Group’s services and value proposition.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with business owners and brokers.
- Assess client needs and connect them with suitable brokers.
- Keep accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach strategies and optimize performance.
- Provide insights on client feedback and market trends to inform service improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to tailor communication to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
