Senior Operations Manager
Peachtree Hospitality Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering Departments. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while effectively managing expenses and maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, and accidents, ensuring their satisfaction through effective follow-up.
- Analyze daily status reports, credit card data, and occupancy rates to maximize room revenue and optimize business performance.
- Create and manage team member schedules based on business forecasts, productivity requirements, and payroll budgets.
- Recruit and hire talented team members using effective interviewing skills and techniques.
- Operate the front office system efficiently, including software maintenance, report generation, analysis, and simple programming tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of our accident prevention program, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and effective communication throughout the department.
- Investigate, document, and follow up on employee and guest accidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Compensation:
$62,500 - $72,500 per annum
