Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks in warehouses or manufacturing settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as a porter by transporting waste materials to designated disposal areas.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- Knowledge of floor care processes including maintenance of various flooring types.
- Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift.
- Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
