Janitorial Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and in a commercial setting. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. The Janitorial workers will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets.
• Manage cleaning tasks efficiently, ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner.
• Carry out commercial cleaning tasks in office buildings or other facilities as assigned.
• Sanitize high-touch areas to promote health and safety standards.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and polishing as necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Clean the floors with commercial grade floor cleaning equipment

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Experience in carpet cleaning techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations.
• Proficient in commercial cleaning methods and products.
• Understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Part time evening shifts only Monday-Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Leominster, MA 01453: Relocate before starting work (Required)
