- Collaborate with both administration and teachers to create a smooth schedule for each day.

- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Skills
- Effective behavior management techniques to maintain classroom order.
- Efficiently can balance a changing day to day schedule.
- Knowledge of preschool curriculum development that supports early childhood education.
- Proficient in classroom management strategies that engage students actively.
- Experience working with special education programs or students with diverse needs is a plus.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices up to prekindergarten care practices to ensure the well-being of all children in the classroom.
