Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Assess children's progress through observation and standardized testing, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support each child's educational journey.
- Implement strategies for early intervention for children with special needs or developmental delays.
- Maintain classroom organization, including managing supplies and ensuring a clean learning space.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Familiarity with standardized testing methods applicable to early childhood education.
- Experience working with children who require special education services or early intervention programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A background in private school settings is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
