The Big Task

As our Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical department. You'll recruit, train, and develop exceptional technicians, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and motivation to deliver service excellence every day. Your leadership will be integral in shaping the future of our team and achieving outstanding results that elevate both our people and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, hire, and train top-tier HVAC Plumbing & Electrical technicians. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth through ongoing training and development.
• Performance Management : Establish and enforce performance standards, ensuring team members meet and exceed company expectations for quality and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with the dispatch department to ensure proper technician assignment for each job, optimizing team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence : Monitor and optimize team performance to meet business goals. Maintain detailed records, track team progress, and implement strategies to continually improve service delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction : Lead by example to maintain the highest levels of customer service, ensuring our clients receive the best HVAC solutions and an exceptional experience.
