What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Peak Building Materials?
SERVE AS A LIASION BETWEEN BUILDERS AND PBM SALES, ESTIMATING/PURCHASING/INSTALLERS
DAILY TASKS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Oversee each job and the scopes of work under contract assigned to you from start to finish
- Interact daily with the builders advising updates, etc.
- Take all calls from installers and superintendents as needed
- Respond to all emails as they come in and follow up with a response by EOD
- Research all items called in by builder and/or installer
- Create any necessary tickets to fulfill the items shorted on tickets or missing from jobsite
- Find solutions to problems as they arise
- Coordinate with sales and/or detailing regarding additional material or change orders
- Work with installers to troubleshoot issues on site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
