Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone.
- Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out, and update patient demographic information in the patient management system.
- Verify insurance information and understand benefit breakdowns.
- Review and present treatment plans.
- Collect co-pays and patient balances in person and over the phone.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with dental teams when patients arrive.
- Utilize patient communication software to send out appointment confirmations.
- Perform general front office duties and keep the patient waiting area clean and stocked with supplies.
- Perform additional duties as needed to assist other dental teams within the location.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental front office role.
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
- Proficiency with dental management software and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-doctor practice.
- Friendly, outgoing, and highly organized personality.
- Denticon experience is a plus.
Salary : $20 - $22
