Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients upon arrival and gather necessary information (demographics, insurance, health history).
- Provide an exceptional patient experience in person and over the phone.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming patient waiting area.
- Review treatment plans and financial details with patients.
- Understand dental insurance and manage benefits breakdowns.
- Assist in achieving office financial goals by optimizing appointment schedules.
- Collect and post patient payments accurately.
- Update patient documents and information in Denticon.
- Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments.
- Assist with general office tasks such as laundry, trash, and supply refills.

Salary range: $18 to $20 per hour plus bonuses

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and benefits coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Denticon (preferred but not required).
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive on time.
Salary : $18 - $20
