The Role
- Manage and grow established customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
- Sales of tents and associated products, with a focus on exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Provide support to customers throughout planning, installation, and removal, with immediate responses to their needs.
- Coordinate all necessary documentation for successful tented event installations.
- Assist with permitting components and work with the company drafter to create site plans and interior layouts.
What We're Looking For
- Understanding of event operations and 1-3 years related industry experience (a plus but not required).
- Strong focus on customer and client services, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of special events, including tent installation, site access, permitting, and construction.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
