Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and leadership of multiple single-family factory-built housing communities within Texas and Colorado. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who excels in property management, resident satisfaction, sales, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-site operations, financial management, and community engagement, preferably in the manufactured housing space.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple communities, ensuring high occupancy, strong financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize revenue, control expenses, and enhance overall community performance.
Monitor budgets, financial statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and adherence to financial goals.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop on-site property managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and customer service.
Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent to support the companys growth and operational goals.
Encourage a positive and professional team environment that aligns with company values and resident satisfaction initiatives.
Resident Experience & Community Engagement
Champion a resident-first approach, ensuring outstanding customer service and community engagement.
Address resident concerns and escalations promptly, maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates.
Develop and implement resident programs and events that foster a strong sense of community.
Maintenance & Asset Management
Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and high-quality property standards.
Oversee capital improvement projects and community enhancements to maintain property value and appeal.
Ensure communities remain in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
5 years of experience in multi-site property management (single-family, manufactured housing, or multifamily experience preferred).
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, property regulations, and best practices in property management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
