Who You Will Be Working With

- Prepare detailed reports and respond to information requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide clerical support, including drafting correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Screen incoming correspondence, direct it to the appropriate staff, and follow up to ensure timely responses.
- Format documents in Microsoft Word and Excel, ensuring they meet organizational standards.

- Receive and process incoming mail, handle faxing, scanning/photocopying, emailing, and document uploading.
- Assist staff with troubleshooting IT-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to workflow.
- Experience with the NYS Department of Health is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a professional office setting, with a focus on administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, and Excel).
- Ability to enter and extract data from electronic databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with diverse personalities.
- Certification in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge and experience with computer information systems and computer programming.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
