As a Program Compliance Assistant, you will support compliance activities through quality assurance reviews, operational audits, and detailed data analysis. You will ensure that contractors, subrecipients, and service providers comply with state and federal regulations while helping improve workforce development initiatives in Texas.

Major Duties
Conduct quality assurance reviews of contractor records, case files, claims, and reports to assess effectiveness and compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and statements of work.Perform detailed operational audits of subrecipients and contract service providers to ensure compliance with state and federal audit regulations.Review and reconcile data provided by Workforce Boards and subrecipients for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.Prepare and assist in preparing accurate and complete audit files and workpapers.Execute clerical tasks with precision and attention to detail.Manage incoming mail effectively by employing advanced scanning techniques and saving documentsto shared network folders.Streamline mail distribution processes, ensuring accurate delivery to designated team members.Provide prompt responses to team inquiries and maintain a meticulously organized file system withinshared network folders.Utilize advanced techniques to create professional and visually appealing mailing labels.Prepare and dispatch Certified letters with adherence to the highest standards of accuracy.What are we looking for?
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data manipulation, basic formulas) and Word (creating mailing labels).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using office equipment, specifically multifunction scanner / copiers.Effective communication and customer service skills.Experience with SharePoint and database searching is preferred.Exciting Opportunity Details
