What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Customer Service position at Peak Pest Control?
Pest Control company based out of Ogden that specializes in Pest Control and Lawn services. The company is currently growing and is looking for a full-time customer service specialist for our office. Alongside the growth of the company, individuals will have opportunities for learning and advancement. We set goals to encourage each employee to become a better professional in the workplace and strive to enable each other to reach shared goals. The starting pay is $18 based on experience.
Expectations
- Answer phones and emails responding to customer needs
- Must be able to handle the occasional sale of a pest or lawn subscription and other financial responsibilities.
- Maintain organization and manage pest and lawn routes.
- Use of Microsoft Word and other basic software.
Requirements
- Office experience of 2 years (preferred)
- Computer experience (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work Monday-Friday from 7:45 AM-4:15 PM or 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
- Must pass drug screening and background check upon hire.
