Job Description
PEAK is a local service company looking for an office manager. Peak provides both pest control and lawn services to northern Utah. Office manager is in charge of office functions such as HR, customer service, scheduling, billing, managing other office staff members and coordinating with the PEAK service manager and owners.
Responsibilities
Office manager is responsible to oversee all office operations and ensure that the highest level of customer service is being rendered and that the office operates efficiently as a cohesive unit. Manage HR, customer service, billing, scheduling and cancellation departments.
Qualifications
PEAK is looking for someone who has a business and customer service background and education. Someone who will dedicate themselves to the position and be accountable for their performance. Someone looking to prove themselves and grow with our company. We want someone who is self motivated, can see an issue and resolve it without being told to.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
