We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This may be a full-time or part-time position. Full-time position benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.
Role Responsibilities
Maintains the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
Requirements :
Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and / or Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
