We are currently seeking a qualified facility Receptionist to join our team. Part-time and full-time positions may be available. Full-time position benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.
Role Responsibilities
Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor. Duties include answering the phone/paging system; greeting visitors, residents, and sales representatives; and receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Preferred Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from and accredited school/college
