What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Receptionist position at The Law Offices of Daniel J Miller?
Hours: 10am - 2pm
Max: 20 hours/wk

Seeking . No law firm experience required. Prior experience as a receptionist is strongly desired.
Work Activities:
Operate multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, forward calls, or take accurate messages.
Assist paralegals with mailing, copying and filing.
Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendar.
Use various computer software systems and correctly input data.
Such other administrative assistant tasks as needed by staff members.
Applicant must be:
Be dependable and punctual with excellent attendance record.
Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Actively listen, giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
Maintain strict confidentiality standards concerning both business and client information.
Work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining attention to details.
