Bookkeeper

We are currently one of the youngest and fastest growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than 3 years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

We are seeking an individual to perform diverse planning and bookkeeping functions that strives for excellence and gets things done. You will have ample support, coaching, and time to understand and master the required tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to get things done with little oversight

• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
• Strong follow-through
• Maintain confidential information

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial books and records for the firm
• Provide reports for the CEO monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
• Oversee and manage all accounting systems and procedures capturing all billings, receipts, and recording of revenue transactions
• Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow
• Manage day-to-day AR processing, deposits, and bookkeeping
• Run monthly payroll
• Provide information to the firms CPA to meet all tax-related requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
