Talent Acquisition Lead
We are currently one of the youngest and fastest-growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than three years ago to now over 25 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.
We are looking for an “A " Player looking to take charge and join a motivated group. If you are not growth-minded, then this is not the job for you. We run fast, work hard, and make a big impact in our clients’ lives. This role is for someone looking for a career, not only a 9-5 job.
This role will be responsible for running the HR department in a growing firm that has tripled its team members in the past year and plans on that continued growth trajectory. This includes all Human Resource processes running at our high standard of excellence, compliant with all regulations, KPIs are met, and all new team members are set up for success.

- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- Strong follow-through
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal labor laws
Main Responsibilities:
- Heading up the HR Department
- Running HR Team Meetings
- Holding HR team accountable to department KPIs
- Overseeing our hiring process
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Quarterly Growth sessions with HR team
