Your Role:
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you’ll lead heavy civil construction projects in both public and private sectors, overseeing everything from pre-construction planning to cost control and risk management.
🔹 Manage and mentor teams, including Project Engineers and field staff
🔹 Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
🔹 Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6 years of experience in heavy civil construction (wet utilities preferred)
✔️ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
✔️ Hands-on experience with grading, paving, excavation, and underground utilities
✔️ Caltrans experience (preferred but not required)
✔️ Proficiency in HCSS, BlueBeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, or similar software
